ಭುವಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಒಬ್ಬನಿಲ್ಲ
ನನ್ನ ದಯೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವವ…
ದಯೆಯಾದರೂ ಯಾಕೆ?
ಪಾಪವೆಂಬುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವಾಗ!
ಆ ಪ್ರಿಯದೇವ ಎಂತಹ ತಲ್ಲೀನನಾಗಿದ್ದ!
ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನೇ ಧಾರೆಯಾದ…
ಆನಂದದ ಅತಿರೇಕದಲ್ಲಿ
ನಾನೂ ಆ ರಸವ ಕುಡಿದೆ
ಕೊಚ್ಚಿ ಹರಿದೆ…
ಓ ಪ್ರಿಯರೇ,
ಆಸ್ವಾದಿಸಿ ಚೈತನ್ಯವ
ನನ್ನಿಂದ…
ಪ್ರಿಯ ದಾರಿಹೋಕರೇ,
ಬನ್ನಿ ಹೀರಿರಿ
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬೊಗಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ
ಹರಿವ ಮಾಣಿಕ್ಯವ
ನನ್ನೆದೆಯಿಂದ
ದೇವನಿತ್ತ ಚಿರಂತನ ಚಿಲುಮೆಯಿಂದ!

God was full of Wine last night,
So full of wine
That He let a great secret slip.
He said:
There is no man on earth
Who needs a pardon from Me –
For there is really no such thing,

As Sin!
That Beloved has gone completely Wild-He has poured Himself into me!
I am Blissful and Drunk and Overflowing.
Dear world,
